As with any medical office we are bound by the HIPAA (Health Insurance Privacy and Accountability Act) for our patients. We also respect the privacy of our Volunteers and Sponsors. We do not sell, give away or in any way discuss our patients, volunteers or sponsors information including their email addresses.
Please be aware that all those who post to the Guestbook that your email address is required to cut down on spam. We encourage you to create a user name. We will delete any Guestbook or Comment entry that is not rated “G”, violates any of the policies stated within these pages or is not on-topic for this website.
