Tracy Williams – November Women With Heart Honoree




Tracy Williams is the Chief Operating Officer for the Acute Care Division at St. Vincent’s HealthCare. She joined St Vincent’s HealthCare in 2006 as a physical therapist and has been honored to serve as the Manager of Rehabilitation for St. Vincent’s Southside, Service Line Director of Women’s and General Surgery and Director of Operations for St Vincent’s Clay County. Each of these opportunities gave her leadership and growth opportunities. In her current role, Tracy oversees the daily operations of the hospital based clinical departments, construction activities and facility management.

Tracy received her Bachelor’s in Health Science, Sports Medicine- Athletic Training, a Masters in Physical Therapy and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida. Tracy stays active in the community by volunteering for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation and the St Vincent’s HealthCare Foundation and serves as the director of Scottish Highland Dancing for the Northeast Florida Scottish Highland Games. Tracy is a certified Scottish highland and national dance teacher through the British Association of Teachers of Dance and travels to various highland games around the country. She is an active member at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and is finishing her second term as president of the church council. Tracy enjoys spending time at home with her husband, David, children, Isla, Cassidy and Joe, and her boxers, Zed and Izzie.
