Virginia Hall is part of the Senior Leadership Team at St. Vincent’s HealthCare serving as the Vice President, Foundation and Community Engagement. In this role, she supports and assists in leading all Foundation development activities, she leads local advocacy efforts, the Mobile Health Outreach Ministry program, the Medical Mission at Home events and Club 55+, and she serves as the principal liaison for St. Vincent’s essential local military partnerships.

In addition to her professional experience, she has been very active in the Business and Civic Community. Virginia served six years on the Green Cove Springs City Council including being named the youngest Mayor in the history of the City. Virginia has served on numerous boards and has been Governor appointed to the Boards of Trustees of the University of North Florida, the St. Johns River State College and the Clay County Development Authority. She was the Director of Marketing and Media Relations for the Clay County Agricultural Fair Association while also serving on its Board of Directors and Executive Committee.



Virginia has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 by the Florida Times-Union, a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and Citizen of the Year by thClay County Sheriff’s Office and by both the Green Cove Springs Rotary Club and Elks Club. In 2016, Virginia was selected to be part of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXXV and currently serves as Chair for the Northeast Regional Council for Leadership Florida. In 2018 Virginia was honored by the North Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America, with its 12 Points Award. Virginia is married to Mark Scruby and is the mother of three boys and three stepchildren.
