the Westside Wellness Event held Saturday January 13th, 2024 from 10am-2pm at our West Jacksonville location on the campus of Inspire to Rise was a success! Thank you to all of the partners who made it possible.
The West Jax Clinic is located on the Inspire to Rise campus at 5927 Old Timuquana Road, Jacksonville, FL 32210. The regular hours of service are Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. VIM offers free comprehensive primary care with a designated team of health care professionals and includes access to specialty care, transportation options, and walk-in appointments to existing patients.
