Pauline J. Rolle, MD

 

Dr. Pauline J. Rolle is the Ascension St. Vincent’s Jacksonville Pediatric and Southeast Georgia Primary Care Medical Director.  Dr. Rolle is also the former Medical Executive Director and acting Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval).  She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Public Health.  A native of Miami, she is a graduate of Fisk University and Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and she completed her Pediatric residency training at the University of Florida Health Science Center at Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.  She completed her Master of Public Health at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  Dr. Rolle was awarded the 2019 University of South Florida Outstanding Alumni Award.  

Dr. Rolle has been in practice for twenty years. She has been interviewed as a guest expert in multiple television and radio segments. As a physician leader, Dr. Rolle most recently served on Mayor Donna Deegan’s Health Programs Oversight Committee transition team and served as liaison for the Maternal Child Health subcommittee transition team. She is committed to ensuring families have the information and access to care that they need to effectively care for the whole child. She believes that comprehensive pediatric and adolescent care is not a solo act, it is a partnership between the provider, the family, and the patient. She is married to Harold Rolle, Jr. and they have two wonderful children (Marha and Harold III).
